SHIPPING POLICY

All U.S. orders are delivered within approximately one week of purchase. International shipping times vary by destination country.

If you have not received an email confirmation within one week of placing your order, please check your spam or promotions folder. For regular updates on new releases and restocks, follow us on Instagram @PLAYAMANSION.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in original packaging. You must provide proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact us at playamansionservice@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please note: We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or item, place a new order after receiving your refund. Returns requested after 14 days cannot be processed.

SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY

We are not responsible for issues caused by the shipping carrier after your order has been dispatched.

If you provide an incorrect or invalid shipping address, we cannot intervene as address information is submitted directly by you during checkout. If your package is returned to us due to an invalid address, contact us immediately at playamansionservice@gmail.com.

Refunds for returned packages will cover the order total minus the original shipping fee ($6-$8), which is non-refundable.
